• Swine Flu--H1N1 - To have the virus: Fever over 100 F,cough and or sore throat are required to make the diagnosis. If you don't have fever, then don't go to an emergency room. If the fever stays over 100 for more than 24 hrs., then go to your family doctor. Use the alcohol-gel(Germ-X) to help prevent the flu--on your hands, a bozillion times a day.
• vitamin supplements - Unless you are over 70 years of age, or have certain chronic illnesses, or have bizarre eating habits, taking a multiple vitamin is unnecessary and can occasionally be harmful. The data that support this are current(2009).
